The Process
Here at QC Updates, we will take the time to sit down with you on mulitple occasions to create a website specifically customized for your business. The process of designing a website will basically consist of three steps.
Step 1: The Initial Consultation
In this meeting, we will discuss exactly what you are looking for along with a basic layout structure of the website, and any ideas you would want to incorporate into the design (color, fonts, etc.). Within two weeks, we will be in contact with you to discuss what information we will need from you. For instance, any photographs you would like to integrate or text descriptions of items you would want to be listed.

Step 2: The Draft Viewing
The draft viewing will be held approximately two weeks after the initial contact. In this meeting QC Updates will bring in a basic layout to show you along with any design ideas we have previously discussed. We can then discuss any changes you would like and decide if you would like to continue our services. If you would like to continue QC Update's services, one third of the estimated project will be required. Our representative from QC Updates will also pick up any additional information (pictures or descriptions, etc) for the website. Any final pictures or text descriptions will be required no later than two weeks from the secondary meeting, unless otherwise permitted by the consultant.

Step 3: Final Preview
The final preview will consist of the final review of the site, any more changes needed, final payment, and posting of the website. Cost of the web hosting and the domain registration are not included in the price of our services. QC Updates will however, for no additional charge, set up and post the site onto any web space provided by the client. If you do not have one, we can recommend a few. Upon the final payment, the finalized site will be posted onto the Internet. The third step may require multiple meetings but the final meeting will be finalized within two months after the initial consultation unless unforeseeable technical difficulties are had by the consultant or by circumstances by the client that are previously discussed and accepted by the consultant.
